AnimINIT is just that - an INIT that allows you to play short animations at startup time.  It uses the Cel-Method of animation, allowing up to 8 cels repeated as many times as a user likes.  It is optimized to run on a small screen Mac, on larger screens most of the screen will be blank during the animation.

  8.     There is zip interface, but the author explains in the documentation how to change the animation (by replacing the PICT resources) and the duration of the animation using ResEdit.
